OptiClear Auto Glass provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services throughout Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.

Mobile installation services
All services are performed in accordance with industry safety standards and manufacturer installation procedures when applicable.

Appointment availability may vary based on technician scheduling, weather conditions, parts availability, and service location.
OptiClear Auto Glass reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Vehicle Access & Work Environment
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is located in a safe and accessible location suitable for mobile service.
The work area should:
Allow sufficient space for installation
Be free from hazards
Provide reasonable working conditions
OptiClear Auto Glass may decline service if the environment presents a safety risk to technicians or equipment.
Glass Breakage Risk
Auto glass removal carries a small but unavoidable risk of glass breakage, particularly in vehicles with pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, or prior improper installations.
OptiClear Auto Glass is not responsible for:
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Hidden rust or corrosion
Damage caused by prior installations
Breakage of severely damaged glass during removal
Technicians will make reasonable efforts to minimize risks during service.
ADAS & Safety Systems
Some vehicles contain Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) integrated into the windshield.
Certain vehicles may require ADAS recalibration after windshield replacement.
OptiClear Auto Glass may advise customers if calibration is recommended or required. If calibration services are not performed by OptiClear,
the customer assumes responsibility for completing calibration with a qualified provider when necessary.
Warranty
OptiClear Auto Glass provides a limited lifetime workmanship warranty on windshield replacements covering:
Installation defects
Water leaks caused by installation
Defective glass provided by our supplier
Warranty limitations include:
Warranty applies only to the original vehicle owner while they own the vehicle
Warranty is non-transferable
Damage caused by road debris, accidents, vandalism, or external impact is not covered

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
